Choosing holistic health coaching over traditional personal training offers a deeper, more sustainable path to well-being. While personal training often focuses mainly on physical fitness—like workouts, strength, and appearance—holistic coaching looks at the whole person. It recognizes that factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition, mental health, and daily habits all influence your ability to reach and maintain your goals. A holistic approach doesn’t just build a stronger body; it supports balance in mind, body, and lifestyle. This means lasting results, greater self-awareness, and improved overall health—not just progress in the gym, but growth that carries into every part of your life.

We always kick things off by truly getting to know one another—because trust is the heart of everything we’ll do together. Your first coaching call has no time limit. I'd love to hear everything you feel is important: where you are right now, the obstacles that have tripped you up along the way, and—most of all—where you truly want to go.

structured path to health
Elevation Fitness' coaching is structured into three phases. Phase 1: Safety and Stabilization focuses on building safety, awareness, and regulation through establishing sleep and stress foundations, gentle exploration of movement, nutrition support focused on nourishment and neutrality, and introduction to nervous system regulation tools. Phase 2: Capacity and Consistency focuses on strength, confidence, and sustainable habits. Here, we begin to explore progressive strength training with flexibility, deeper work with hunger, fullness, and energy cues, stress recovery and deeper nervous system regulation, and habit stacking with real‑life integration. Finally, Phase 3: Integration and Independence focuses on skill ownership and long-term resilience. This is where we emphasize planning for future stressors and disruptions, troubleshooting without all‑or‑nothing thinking, and transition planning for continued self‑support.
Program delivery
Your "program" will be delivered to your app along with guided videos, tips, and resources. All coaching is developed through a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. This means coaching looks very different from person to person and may include non-traditional exercises like breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, mobility, habit changes etc.

Ongoing support & accountability​
​We will schedule regular coaching calls (frequency is based on your need/preference) to discuss how your program is feeling, what barriers are coming up for you, some areas of strength that we can build on, exercise form, etc.​
All of our work together focuses on small, buildable changes to your routine which then snowball into big habit changes and sustainable progress towards your goals​

Standalone programs were developed for bite-sized access to some of the tools offered in individual coaching. After purchasing a program, you will have full and unlimited access to the program's content. Programs do not come with individualized programming or coaching calls, but are a great starting point for those who are not feeling ready to jump into 1:1 coaching. ​
