Choosing holistic health coaching over traditional personal training offers a deeper, more sustainable path to well-being. While personal training often focuses mainly on physical fitness—like workouts, strength, and appearance—holistic coaching looks at the whole person. It recognizes that factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition, mental health, and daily habits all influence your ability to reach and maintain your goals. A holistic approach doesn’t just build a stronger body; it supports balance in mind, body, and lifestyle. This means lasting results, greater self-awareness, and improved overall health—not just progress in the gym, but growth that carries into every part of your life.
We always kick things off by truly getting to know one another—because trust is the heart of everything we’ll do together. Your first coaching call has no time limit. I'd love to hear everything you feel is important: where you are right now, the obstacles that have tripped you up along the way, and—most of all—where you truly want to go.
Your "program" will be delivered to your app along with guided videos, tips, and resources. All coaching is developed through a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. This means coaching looks very different from person to person and may include non-traditional exercises like breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, etc.

Elevation's coaching model is delivered completely online, via Elevation's coaching app, offering optimal flexibility and comfort without sacrificing quality.

After our initial coaching call, you will receive a six-month Total Wellness Plan developed from data gathered in the Total Wellness Assessment (if you choose), your input, and evidence-based practices to support health, positive mood, and healing. See a sample Total Wellness Plan below

We will schedule regular coaching calls (frequency is based on your need/preference) to discuss how your program is feeling, what barriers are coming up for you, some areas of strength that we can build on, exercise form, etc.

All of our work together focuses on small, buildable changes to your routine which then snowball into big habit changes and sustainable progress towards your goals
​
Additional resources are delivered to your app or inbox, including topics such as: How to track your macros, Implementing mindfulness, Tips for grounding and remaining embodied during exercise, Understanding your heart rate, and Listening to our bodies when they are telling us to slow down
